We take pride in using our own crops to create our signature farm-to-table family recipe, PS Salsa, which we also cook, bottle, and distribute.

This open-air cultivation method yields produce with exceptional flavor, unlike that of greenhouse-grown alternatives. The journey of PS Salsa began in 1985, originating from the same farm-grown produce we still use today. Our traditional recipe, originally created by my uncle, Paul, and my mother, Susan, follows a straightforward yet impactful principle: using our family farm's ingredients, natural preservatives like salt and vinegar, and nothing else. We firmly exclude extra water, sugar, artificial additives, synthetic dyes, or thickening agents, guaranteeing a genuine and pure flavor. PS Salsa delivers vibrant fresh flavors of our harvest in every jar. Over time, PS Salsa has expanded its offerings to suit diverse preferences, available in five different spice levels: Mild, Medium, Hot, Fire, and Inferno. We carefully cultivate premium ingredients, expertly balancing their individual flavors and textures to produce a salsa that enhances any dish or social event.
